EBULL is a decentralized leveraged token designed with a futuristic approach to reduce risk through innovative technology.
WHY CHOOSE EBULL?
The problem with the traditional leveraged bull token is that the upside and downside leverage is the same which increases the risk factor for investors.
For example, if you have $1000 leveraged Ebull token (3x) and price of Ethereum goes up 10%, now your tokens will be worth 1000+ 1000 x 30/100 = 1300
But, now if Price of Ethereum drops by 10%, your tokens will be worth
1300- 1300 x 30/100= 910
With just 10% fluctuations of Ethereum, you’ll be left with less than what you started with.
A traditional EBULL token won’t get you liquidated but it will be worth pennies in a short span of time.
We’re solving this problem here with our Decentralised leverage token which is designed with an upside leverage of 3x and downside leverage of 2x which will help in reducing the risk of investors.
HOW WILL IT WORK?
Whenever there are fluctuations in Ethereum price, there will be leveraged change in the Ebull price on uniswap. If Ethereum price increases, then Ebull price is increased by burning certain amount of tokens from uniswap contract such that price increases according to 3x leverage. If Ethereum price decreases, then Ebull price is decreased by minting certain amount of tokens to uniswap contract such that price decreases according to 2x leverage. This rebalance of Ebull price according to price movement of Ethereum is achieved by calling a rebalance function in the Ebull smart contract. This function itself evaluates the current price of Ethereum and old price of Ethereum (as stored in previous rebalance call). Depending upon the change in Ethereum price between two successive rebalances, it changes the price of Ebull as per leverage. The rebalance function can be called by any user at anytime. So working of Ebull is completely independent of any team. That’s true decentralisation.
UPCOMING FEATURES-
· Staking: The staking platform will be provided on the website. Users will be able to stake and claim rewards with a single click.
· Liquidity Farming: There will be 1% transaction fee for each transaction on uniswap. This fees will be used for liquidity farming in future. The transaction fees will be increased later to increase the APR. The drawback of other tokens providing transaction fee as reward is that the trading stops with time and rewards reduces to zero. But here the price of Ebull fluctuates with Eth price movement which brings more opportunities for trades, so trading and transaction fee reward will possibly never goes to zero.
· Series Of Bull/Bear Token: There will be more Bull/Bear tokens in the future based on decentralised leveraged token concept with higher leverage as well. A ecosystem of decentralised bull/bear tokens will be build. Every upcoming leverage token will incentivise the Ebull holders.
· Upcoming Partnerships: There will be a series of partnership announcements right from the day of launch.

TOKENOMICS OF EBULL-
The supply of EBULL token will be as follows :
Total Supply : 2 million
Swapping : 1.6 million (current estake supply)
Staking : 0.4 million
ESTAKE TO EBULL SWAP DETAILS:
It will have 3 stages as following:
1. Withdraw liquidity from Estake/ Ethereum- As we know Estake liquidity is locked for 4 months, so the only way to withdraw liquidity is from selling the tokens. In order to proceed, the liquidity from Ethereum will be withdrawn by selling team tokens along with positive rebases in team wallet so as to extract maximum ETH out of liquidity.
2. Uniswap Listing- Ethereum withdrawn through above mentioned step will be used to add liquidity for New Ebull token.
The launch price of Ebull will be kept 20% higher than the current price of estake at the time of liquidity withdrawal. ( launch price of 0.60$ as stated in earlier post is not being used considering interest of new buyers and also to prevent initial dump or drainage of liquidity)
3. Swap to Estake Holders- Estake holders will be airdropped Ebull tokens with 1:1 swap. Also, as promised Estake holders will be sent extra 10% from team wallet.
Note- The airdrop will be processed after Uniswap listing of Ebull.
For Swapping, holders don’t have to do anything, just hold the tokens in your own Wallet. New tokens will be airdropped automatically in your wallet. The screenshot will be taken after step-1 i.e. when old liquidity withdrawal is complete.
ALL OF THE STEPS WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48 HOURS.
FIRST WEEK EBULL MARKETING CAMPAIGN:
There will be a transaction fee of 1% for every Ebull Transaction. This transaction fee will get stored in a Fee Collector Wallet. The entire fees collection over a week will be distributed as rewards on the basis of following criteria-

5 best Promoters will be chosen from Twitter Campaign for spreading awareness about EBULL token using Ebull and Ethereum hashtags. While choosing the Winner, we will look into
